Terms and Conditions
Superpredictors is pleased to announce our first annual NFL FOOTBALL playoff prize offer of $250 to the winner of this years public group. To win all you have to do is create a Superpredictors account, join the public group, and predict who you think will win each NFL football game during the playoffs from January 7, 2010 through February 7, 2010. At the end of the season the person who has the highest ranking in NFL FOOTBALL will win $250 in gift cards.

Cost To Play
FREE – There is no cost to play. We will not ask for credit card information, banking information, or any other form of payment information. The only cost to you is the time you spend researching and making your predictions

Required Personal Information
In order to win the winner must complete the entire registration form upon signing up with Superpredictors. Your phone number is required in case there are any issues and we need to contact you directly. Please read our Privacy Policy to learn how we handle personal information. Should you decide that you do not want to disclose personal information but you still want to compete in this years public group you will have the option to opt out of the Grand Prize offer. If you opt out and win, the Grand Prize will go to the next person with the highest number of correct picks who did not opt out. Please Note: if you opt out you will not have the opportunity to change your mind and you will wave any right to winning the Grand Prize. Some of the professional users are automatically put into the system, thus any professional user must claim their prize within 30 days or will forfeit their prize.
Don’t Give Up
Many times players can find themselves falling behind in their predictions or just not picking accurately. If this happens to you, don’t give up Play through the playoffs because you just don’t know how things will progress. You also won’t know if the players ahead of you opted out of their chance for the Grand Prize. Remember that the only way to win is to play and the only way to guarantee a loss is to stop playing.

Tiebreaker
In the unlikely event of a tie the Grand Prize will be divided up between each winner. There are tiebreakers in place to prevent ties but we cannot guarantee that a tie will not occur. All we can say is that it is unlikely.

Requirements
The winner must be 18 years old and each user is only allowed one username on superpredictors. No one is allowed multiple users and only user per household is allowed. If we find a user has broken these rules then they will automatically forfeit there prize. The prize would then given to the person with the second highest ranking. This contest is for users only in the United States and is void where prohibited by law.

**There must be at a minimum 50 amateur players qualified to enter for this contest to take place.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change, modify, add, or delete portions of this contest at any time without further notice. If we do this, we will post the changes to these on this page and will indicate at the top of this page the date these terms became the current version. Your continued use of the Service or the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of the contest. If you do not agree to abide by these or any future Terms of Use, do not use or access (or continue to use or access) the Service or the Site. It is your responsibility to regularly check the Site to determine if there have been changes to these Terms and to review such changes
